Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way.

STANDARD: Orders are generally shipped within 48hrs using Australia Post [delivery standard is 2 - 7 days] and a fee of $9.95 applies to orders shipping in Australia.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 within Australia.

EXPRESS: Need your order in a hurry? Opt for Express shipping [delivery standard is 1 - 2 days] and a fee of $15.95 applies to orders shipping in Australia.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.    

How can I track my order:

Once your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details. The email will also include a link that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at admin@fortherunners.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
